1. Marketplaces, filtered for creators
Whop Content Rewards has the most streamer campaigns, mixed in with brands. Clipify is built around streamers. Ssemble lists streamers alongside podcasts. The platform guide has each one's requirements.
2. Streamers' own clipping programs
Bigger streamers and organisations run open programs: join their Discord, clip from their streams or VODs, and submit against a published rate card. Look for a “clipping program” or “clip team” link in their Discord, X or stream panels.

3. Clipping Discord hubs
Servers such as Clip Money, Clipster and /clipping post streamer jobs, and DISBOARD's “clipping” tag lists more.
4. Ask a streamer directly
Offer a mid-size streamer — a few hundred to a few thousand viewers — to run their official clips account. It is the steadiest arrangement there is, and the clips are posted with the owner's permission.
Two warnings
- Kick gambling campaigns advertise $10 or more per 1,000 views. They are streamer campaigns that promote casino sponsors, and TikTok and YouTube restrict gambling promotion.
- Paid clips are ads. Disclose them on the video, and turn on TikTok's commercial-content setting where it applies.
